They lie to you the whole time. They tell you they have RRSP matching - they do not. They tell you they have amazing benefits - they do not. They tell you they want to advance you - they will not ever so this as they are too paranoid to let anyone learn anything there. hey say they processes - they do not as they constantly change duties on you, constantly. They tell you you will have a desk, then they remove you many times as they hire new people. Its not uncommon to get moved 2 or 3 times in a few months for a new employee, who ever lasts anyway.
