Do your best, know yourself, be honest, be authentic, do not mumble and talk too much, be a person with strong conviction and passion. Making up stuffs and lack of internal vision/conviction will make you look incapable. Also strong characters are preferred. If you are smart but lacks character you won’t survive at anywhere—especially Kalbio.
