I applied in-person. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (New York, NY) in Feb 2015
Interview
Applied for an internship for high school students. The application was very straightforward and all the information that you needed to bring was clearly stated in the beginning. They processed the applications within 3 weeks and emailed the people who did not get in. The people who were scheduled with an interview received a phone call. Overall pretty organized.

Interview
Had a phone interview with someone from HR first. Then interviewed in person at the office in Portland with the department I was going to work in. Took maybe 45 minutes for the interview, interviewed with two people. Asked general questions about my past work experience and why I wanted to work there.
