I applied online and received a call about 2 weeks after. I did a phone interview with the office manager then was asked in for an in person interview. This was with the office manager and 6 physicians.

They asked typical interview questions such as my strengths and weaknesses and how I would handle certain situations.
Process starts with a phone interview to go over job details, next was a panel interview with docs, office manager and other APPs. They ask several behavioral questions and expect you to share your past experiences for each.

What would you do if a pt stated they did not want to see an APP, only the doctor. Has this happened to you in the past and how did you deal with this situation.
Was interviewed by a panel of 2 other PAs, 2 MDs and the clinic manager. Typical questions regarding medical care, weaknesses vs strengths, previous mistakes and how you responded to them or have improved since then.
