      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2013

      Interview

it was very disorganized and chaotic, the manager left the room several times, the space in which i interviewed was very cramped. I was not given a tour of the facility and not provided with an accurate description of the organization's receptiveness to suggestions

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

they asked me what i would do if a patient who does not qualify for a 4 wheeled walker came in for an evaluation and demanded one

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (San Jose, CA)

      Interview

Efficient, professional, and smooth. Communication was great, the interviewer was transparent, and it did feel like they wanted to get to know the PERSON not just the skills. There was a lot of situational/behavioral questions but all some clinical scenarios.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What would you do if..... How would your current co-workers describe you? How would you add value to this team?
