Completed a screening interview with the INROADS regional director. After they decided I would be a good fit, was submitted to departments within Kaiser by recruiter. Did a phone interview with a department manager. The interviewer asked basic behavioral questions and questions specific to position and compatibility. Interviewer was very supportive and was interested in me as a person (interests, hobbies, etc.). Once you get a manager interview, you hear rather quickly. Make sure you practice responses and become an expert on the position and how your skills and knowledge contribute to the position. There are a good number of applicants, so being confident in your potential in the specific position is key.
