1. Telephonic Interview
2. Sharing of work samples over email.
3. Article writing in office
4. Face to face interview
The email mentioned Maths, didn't mention that they required someone with B. Ed and writing experience in this domain. I hope they'd've found someone with experience of writing for Australian textbooks. It was befuddling that the subject matter expert is supposed to know how write for Physics, Chemistry, Maths, English, History and other subjects, that too for a curriculum they've no idea about. That the one inviting you to an interview, that too in the middle of a pandemic, didn't know that you didn't meet the educational qualifications is disputable. I wonder if this was just a personal money making exercise for the telephonic interviewer. Crucially, my eyes may've missed if they do this work, on their website and social media pages.
The office ambience and all was good and the receptionist courteous enough to ask me for water, and if I needed anything else. Not taking her name on account of not it not being verified.
