It was very easy, cos I was a student of the University and knew director personally. So he knew enough about me and my skills. The best way to get the job - to be student of the University and getting the IT degree. Had a conversation with Director and after with other guys from IT staff. Conversation was fast and mostly about myself and my plans rather than about IT.
