Quick and Easy. Didn’t take long as I applied through a program called onward. Definately not the typical experience though. So wouldn’t take my word that this will be the case for you.
I had only one interview process with the manager. And they asked me normal questions. Not difficult. Just say frankly. The atmosphere was comfortable and calm. They carefully listen to me.

Interview
I did Skype first and 1:1 interview from president and accounting manager. Interview went well and there were many question given related to work experience. Also, They explained that they are experiencing changes internally since they are new plant.
