Interview process consists of 3 rounds.
1) Written Test where the conceptual knowledge in JAVA and DBMS will be tested.
2) Technical round (Face to Face) where the conceptual and ability to write the program will be tested
3) HR Round

Interview
First round was Technical written test and once cleared that round followed technical interview and finally the HR Round. The technical round questions are related to Java and Oracle. Also was asked to write small Java programs.

Interview
I had taken the written test on July 2012 and the result was announced within a week. They called me for the face to face technical round.
The interview was neither easy nor hard. I was asked questions mainly from core JAVA and some SQL questions and they asked me to write some programs to explain the concepts. The entire process took some around 1 hour and I was selected to serve as software engineer.
