KITE HILL Public Relations interview questions

Great! No problems, fairly typical interview that I would say is standard of other public relations firms. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for boutique PR firm experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

I was contacted nearly three months after I applied. First I had a phone interview with the founder which went well, then I went onsite and met with two others. After speaking about my experience, one of the interviewers asked me why I was interested in this position since my background is in PR. I reiterated the position I was interviewing for was the PR Associate role. She did not look pleased. I sent follow-up thank yous and heard nothing. Someone at the office replied to the initial scheduling email thread to tell me they moved forward with another candidate. A one sentence email with no salutation. Overall this company does not handle updating and releasing candidates well, so do not expect a response if you do not receive a reply after a few days.
