JustCBD interview questions

I received an e-mail that I could insert my time to have the interview. I received a call from the company on time scheduled. They are super friendly. I am waiting for contact me....

Very brief interview. The interviewer shot me down very quickly before even thoroughly asking me about my experience. Basically called me a "level one" and says he needs someone who "knows what I know". He proceeded to define what digital marketing really is (as if I don't know) which was a bit insulting. It's fine that he felt I wasn't experienced enough but I believe there's a certain way to speak to people and say things. I know he's probably just a blunt and straightforward person but it just felt like he was kind of... mean and rude to say the least. Then he mentioned that my experience isn't worth the $65,000 salary they were offering and little did he know that I was making more than that prior. Honestly the job description on the posting did not match what the expectations were based on the interview. If you want people to have a certain level of experience or specific certifications, that should be disclosed prior to scheduling an interview with them. He mentioned that I didn't include my certifications in my application but that was NEVER requested on the job postings. I think they are a looking more so for a Web Developer not a Digital Marketer/E-Commerce person... or maybe a hybrid of both. With his expectations and the company's vague job posting, they probably should just train up someone who already works there and is proving themselves to have potential.
