The whole interview process was very straight forward and had multiple stages to it. They conducted an interview with me and another candidate due to the lengthy list of candidates.

Interview
The first interview was over zoom and we did it in groups. I believe it was the CEO of the company that spoke to us then asked us to send him answers to a few questions after the interview was over. Then, the second round of interviews was in person. At this interview a recruiter spoke to me about the company and showed me what they offer.
