I went in person to Junto's office 5 separate times and interviewed with 13 separate people. I also took the Caliper test between the first and second visits to their office. I got great feedback and was explicitly told that they "loved my enthusiasm" and to "keep it up" and the person who would have been my direct supervisor expressed that they were extremely excited about me.
On the final day I met with one of the firm's founders and had a very normal interview that I felt went well. A few hours later my recruiter informed me that the founder felt I was not "buttoned up" enough and they would be passing on me. (To be clear, my appearance for this interview was completely business professional.)
If something about my personality was an issue for the role, that definitely would have and SHOULD have been identified before I wasted weeks interviewing with this company or perhaps when I took the personality test.
Junto absolutely had no respect for my time and clearly dropped me at the request of the founder since I got nothing but great feedback from everyone else.
