It was a complete waste of time. If you're going to eliminate candidates through Codility, why do you conduct two HR interviews first and waste people's time? You could simply send the Codility test in the first stage and eliminate candidates directly. The one of the questions on Codility have no real measuring value. Giving a 12-hour time limit is meaningless for someone who doesn't remember DFS or BFS—it's been 8 years since I graduated, how can I remember these?
And even if I did remember DFS and BFS, I'd go to FAANG companies, not to you. I’m not launching rockets into space—these algorithms have nothing to do with your company.
