I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jordan Belfort (New York, NY) in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview process was comprehensive, starting with a phone screening and progressing to two in-person interviews. Each stage allowed for a deeper exploration of skills and experiences. The team was communicative and created a positive candidate experience.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Jordan Belfort in Sep 2020
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin. She sent me an email saying she liked my background and asked if I would have a phone call to discuss an opportunity in Dallas. I signed up for a calendar spot. Our call was at 2:30, she didn't call until 2:46. She asked about my background and said she thought I would be a great fit for a position with a local company. She said she would email me info about the company and an interview time and date to speak with her manager. That was 7 days ago and I never received any of those emails.I have tried tirelessly to find the company she was talking about but it's like they don't exist. I also learned that the initial message I got is a canned response they send to many people.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Jordan Belfort (Hermosa Beach, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
Group Interview, went in with 2 others. Was supposed to be 3 others but they never showed up. I went in and promised to work my butt off. They seemed to love that and 2 weeks later I got a call telling me that I got the job. They want to know that you will work hard for them. Make sure they know you are a hard worker. Also know about Jordan's straight line program before the interview, so read his book "Way of the Wolf".
