Firstly you have to complete an online test, if passed you were invited to a group interview. A week after the group interview they got back in touch with the outcome.

Question 1
The group interview stage consisted of circumstance based questions e.g. what would you do if X happened with a customer etc.
There is a group exercise and a 1-to-1 interview, which go through your previous experience and a tell me about yourself question. The group exercise is really important in showcasing your team work abilties.

Basic retail interview. They ask for experience with customer service and examples of when you have worked in a team. They also ask what would you do in … situation

Group interview. Asked about some scenarios and asked to discuss them in the group. It is a pretty relaxed interview and easy to stand out if you answer the questions first but make sure you let others speak and collaborate with them.
