It was an hour long interview, that included a written assessment and then a group discussion. The interviewer watched how you interact with the other applicants to solve the problems posed to the group.

There is a group exercise and a 1-to-1 interview, which go through your previous experience and a tell me about yourself question. The group exercise is really important in showcasing your team work abilties.
