Initial Screening Call Purpose: To understand the candidate’s background, career goals, and overall fit for the role. Typical Topics: Brief discussion on work experience, technical exposure, and interest in the position. Technical Test Focus Areas: Docker – container basics, image management, deployment. Shell Scripting – writing simple scripts, automation tasks, debugging. Ansible – configuration management, playbooks, roles, and automation use cases. Technical Interview Focus Areas: AWS – foundational cloud concepts (EC2, S3, IAM, networking). Docker – container orchestration, troubleshooting, best practices. Linux – system administration, process management, permissions, troubleshooting. Networking – basics of TCP/IP, ports, DNS, routing, and firewalls. Management Interview Purpose: To evaluate motivation, communication, and cultural fit. Typical Topics: "Why this role?" and "Why this company?" Problem-solving and decision-making approach. Teamwork, leadership style, and career aspirations.

The interview process consisted of four rounds, with a final round featuring an interview with Co-Founders. This was conducted after I received their offer letter. During this interview, their behavior felt dismissive,almost as if they were making fun of me. A friend of mine , who has attended the co-founder level, had the similar experience. Ultimately I did not preform well intentionally as I lost interest in the company due to the interaction.
