Horrible. Just horrible. Didn’t even hear back from them. They’ll keep you as a back up if you’re not their first choice. And horrible lack of communication and organisation during the whole process.
General level 1 and 2 support questions. Active Directory, O365. Windows 10 questions. Basic networking, printer troubleshooting are some of the things they go over with you, and customer service skills
