I applied online. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2014
Interview
I was a little nervous because When I initially went inside I saw ALL of the other candidates who had previous experience. We all went up and introduced ourselves stating our name our position and why do we want to work for jetBlue. Of coarse its intimidating when everyone kept saying I have aviation in my blood (I have never had experience in airline before). Then, we were split up to read a prompt. (They want to hear you read and articulate your words). After, we broke up into groups to see how we work in a group setting. Shortly after, we took a break which was about an hour then we were called back for one on one interviews. that was the longest process. Within 2 days they sent me an email saying that I didn't get it. GOOD LUCK!

It's a video interview of a couple questions. You get multiple attempts to answer each question. If you are selected to advance on to the in person group interview where you must use your people skills to mingle & problem solve.
Amazing interview. Positive vibes. Hiring crew inspiring. Advice? Dress like you currently work for them all the way from hair to shoes. Be early. Do not take photos. Put your phones away unless they say you can bring them out.
