After applying and completing the assessment I had to do a telephone interview with a kind of tape recorder where you record your response. One day later I received an email for a face to face interview. When I arrived at the scene there were more than 80 people to interview. First they give you an orientation of what to expect in your work area, the pros and cons, you are free to leave whenever you want, many people left long before being interviewed. Then the interview was in a group, we were 3 numbers with an interviewer and for me the interview was really easy
