First there was an online assessment with probability questions. The topics covered by the questions is covered in the document they send you beforehand. Then after passing that, you're invited to an online video interview with a member of the trading team. It's still a technical interview, not a behavioral one.
There was a few phone interviews that involved probability and game theory questions. Before a final round interview in hong kong. Interviewers are very nice best to describe your thought process
