4. Final Interview & Decision-Making
May include executive leadership or a final culture-fit interview.
Sometimes includes salary negotiation.
Background checks and reference checks may be performed.
5. Offer & Onboarding
If selected, the candidate receives an offer letter.
Onboarding process begins with paperwork, training, and team introductions.
