The HR doesn't seem to know anything about the process and didn't respond at all. So writing this for other people if you had faced the same situation.
Apparently there are 5 stages and I've only made to the 2nd
1. general catch up with hiring manager
2. portfolio review
3. design task with other team member
4. interview with PM
5. offer details with HR
[general catchup 30 min]
Just a casual session with the hiring manager talking about the role and the team set up...etc
[portfolio review 45 min]
They seem to prefer agency type of presenting (so high quality digital/graphic/visuals in pretty mockups might be something you want to do) rather than showing development processes - although the tile is product designer but they would be more interested in the font or color choices... etc
