- Met multiple people from different departments (e.g. Sales, Relationship Management, Implementation)
- Because I met about 8 different people over the course of the interview process, repeating myself became somewhat annoying
- Very fair and open discussions

Interview
Recruiter reached out and scheduled a phone screening. Afterwards scheduled a interview with the director, then a interview with my current boss, then interview with 2 fellow colleagues to see how I'd fit in with the team. Overall process was quick and easy. Took about 2 weeks

Question 1
Tell us about yourself. About a time where you faced a difficult patient/customer and how you overcame it. About a time you needed to reach out to upper management to complete something.
It's a fairly lengthy process as expected of an investment bank. Overseas interviewers were pretty welcoming, but have to say the Japanese interviewers were quite cold and brief. No opportunity for even asking questions, no smiles, typical of the traditional style culture.
