On 10th December, I had a first-round interview at JP Morgan (Bournemouth). Actually, it was 2 30min-long interviews. People were really nice and friendly. Most of the questions were typical (why JP Morgan, Why Operations, what are typical responsibilities/duties in Operations, where do you see yourself in 10 years, leadership and team-work examples).. However, you should focus on situation-based questions (i.e. what would you do if...). Other questions: - Why Bournemouth; - describe a problem you faced and how did you dealt with it; - how do you work with people who share different working style? - tell me of a time you were working in a team with a difficult person..

Applied online and followed following steps: 1) 2 Interviews face to face with two JPM Vice Presidents 2) Final Assessment Centre which had 2 interviews and a group exercise. Overall the Assessment Centre was very business focus. For the case study we have received a real business scenario and we had to create a presentation as well. Following this, I had an interview based solely on the group project and what I have learnt out of this.
