Interview
You first get a phone interview, which is not too harsh but they do ask you to do a sales pitch. After being offered a second interview, business attire highly recommended. You first take a computer test then interview with one of the members of HR. Interview was normal questions.
ask you scenarios on deescalating customers and on their products. You have to sell them a product so they see how you are. there is a timed typing test as well. 6 weeks of training after 3 weeks you get on the phone

First there was a phone screen with HR. Then invited to the call center. Was first given a written test on a computer to test communication & computer skills. After that, HR conducts a 1 on 1 interview. Job was offered on the spot.

Question 1
"Sell me this item." Then you are handed an item, sweater, shirt, etc. and asked to describe the merchandise in a positive light.
Super friendly. Do your research and practice practice practice. Just be prepared and you'll do well. They want to know you and how well you fit into the team.
