      Pros

      -Great discounts on items in store (50-60% discounts) -Company offers free meals during Holiday seasons -Flexible work hours -The store is usually not that busy

      Cons

      -Disorganized, each manager will tell you different things every shift -Sale quotes to meet every hour, and during quiet times throughout the day, meeting sales is impossible/unlikely -If you can't meet your sale quotes, the managers won't give you shifts -Managers are usually very helpful and nice, but you will have a few bad apples who are just tedious to work with -Coworkers will steal sales in order to... meet their sale goals -Managers will cut your shifts short if the store isn't busy
