Interview
I was contacted by the Store Director, who was interested in me based on my retail experience. We spoke briefly in person and he detailed the job description. Soon after, I was contacted by the District Manager for a phone interview.
Pretty straightforward, know the brand values, their style and competitors. Have in mind how you would style a customer and the questions you would ask them. Also know your managing style and words to describe it.
Professional and fairly simple. I didn't feel like there were many curve ball questions. It helped that I had previous experience in the position in a different company. At the time, it was a helpful position to accept.

(It's been years, but I believe some questions were standard...) How do handle certain situations...
Store interview then regional. In person or phone/zoom. Must make it past first store interview to move on to next. Short in length of time. Typical questions. Friendly demeanor by interviewer.
