Easy. 5 minutes or less and 3 questions tops. As long as you have experience with speaking to customers and handling relationships with co-workers you're good. Many people quit quickly but if you enjoy your space enough - a lot of people used J.Crew as a second job for the weekend or after their day job, they'd work a 5-9pm.

Interview
It was a group interview with two other people. We sat outside in a nice area and had a laid back interview where we all had a turn to answer all of the questions. It was easy, nice, and just like having a conversation. Very low stress.

What was one time a customer needed help with something and you aided them?
It was very personable and friendly in the back office of the store! I was asked questions about experience, personality, scheduling, why I wanted to work there. I got to meet a few other associates as well while talking with the manager.
