It was very casual. Sat down in a coffee shop and just had a relaxed conversation about myself, life experiences, what I felt I could bring to the job. I felt that I did really well in the interview and was excited about potentially getting the job. I received an email from J Crew a few days later alerting me that I didn't get the job, which I accepted. However, I emailed the hiring manager to get some feedback as to why I didn't get hired (just to see if there's anything I could do different for my next interview) and I didn't get a response (this was after he told us to email him with any questions we might have). This was a little disappointing, but the interview process was simple.
