Was contacted by a recruiter to take a skills test. Once you pass the test you are scheduled for a 2-month training. During the training, there are several evaluations that decide if you stay in the program. Near the end of training, you have interviews to be selected for a client to work for.

Basic questions, nice HR. The questions are basically about java's fundamental definition and SQL query language. HR connect people quickly and nicely and the technical interviewer appeared on time. The whole interview part is quick and highly efficient and ended in a simple coding problem.
