Interview
First, an online interview with the team asking about my background and previous experience. Questions about which Python libraries I'm familiar with. A week after that first interview, I got an email with a case study that I needed to solve in a week.

Question 1
The interview was mostly about my previous experiences and which python libraries I was familiar with. Nothing was asked about why did I want to join the team or why I was interested in that specific position. The interview was carried out by my current team, so no one from HR was there. This means that the process is not standardised and questions may vary depending on the team and position.
