Interview
Standard experience questions such as length of time in job, care methods, companies worked for. The setting type as well as the companies expections and your availabilty. Discussed locations of jobs and full or part time positions.
First round interview consists of both written and video component. There were four questions for the video component, and you can prepare beforehand. Written part is not hard, just propose a VC idea and being able to defend why you want to do research and due diligence. Successful candidates are invited for an in person video interview, but questions were pretty basic - time management, why IA, why VC, school projects, etc.

Interview
The initial application was pretty extensive and written - mine ended up being about a page and a half. Written applications are then selected for video interviews, in which you receive a two minute time period to answer questions given to you beforehand. I had four questions.
