I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intellibus (Colombia) in Sep 2025
Interview
Approached by an "interviewer" who asked very basic Java questions and asked about my immigration status and other personal questions not relevant to the process at all. The interviewer also had a lot of trouble asking these questions in English and seemed to be following a script without any interest or care in the answers I procured.
As other interviewees have been saying, it seems that this is a scam company and they use interviews to collect personal details.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Intellibus (New York, NY) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interviewer contacted me via LinkedIn to see if I was interested. I asked what company he was representing and he didn't want to share that until I gave him my email address. We then schedule a time and he doesn't show up. He is late by 10 minutes without apologizing or notifying me of his tardiness. Poor integrity (which ironically apparently is a big characteristic they look for in their hires). I ended up declining after I found all negative reviews.

Interview
There was an initial screening of 10 minutes. In that 10 min, there was a specific technical question. After that I didn't get a response for 10 to 15 days. After continuously following up, they said that they moved on with another candidate
