Interview
1st Interview (phone): Talked with a current REP engineer.
2nd Interview (phone): Talked with the REP manager.
3rd Interview (on-site): Flew to Hillsboro (Intel booked the travel) to interview with the group that would host my first rotation if hired into REP. The on-site interview went from 9am to 3pm and included: about five 1:1 interviews (the final being with the group manager at the end of the visit), three phone interviews, and a presentation where I described previous research/work/related experience. From my understanding, this interview reflects what one should expect if applying directly to the group of the first rotation.
The interviews can be grueling so get rest if possible. Also ensure that you have reacquainted yourself with all of the items on your resume or CV. Make sure that you have working knowledge of previous research and experience--especially those items that relate to your prospective job. You will likely receive questions regarding your field (how is it defined?), specific job skills, your job personality (e.g. conflict resolution).
I have previously interned with Intel Corp. and I submitted a portfolio that was tailored specifically for my first rotation, i.e., the group with which I interviewed. I was told that both really improved my chances of being hired.
First interview with HR. Second interview with an engineer for around an hour (mostly technical questions). Generally, there is supposed to be a third round of interviews on-campus if I passed the second round, but I could not proceed forward with the rest of the interviews due to COVID.

Question 1
Questions were mainly regarding FPGAs, any projects I did with FPGAs, and questions about Verilog.

Interview
This was for an interview to be in the Intel-PSG Rotation Program. About a month before hand, I had a phone interview with the main head of the program, which was a pleasant 30 min call. If saw fit, they would schedule an in-person interview.
This is divided up between 5 people for about an hour with each person, each one representing a different aspect of asking you and getting to know you. Only one or two would really get into a technical questions, still in a semi-casual environment.
Overall, along with communications in arranging the interviews, they were very able to make the interview as least stressful and intimidating as possible. Still, best to be ready on your material.

Most questions were personal and about who you are. Some questions, based on the person interviewing, would be about basic software Verilog questions, based on what job and expertise you are coming to them with.

Interview
Two phone screens and then onsite interview. Interviewed with six people (combination of technical and non-technical interviews). Onsite interview took a total of 4 hours (half day). Met with current program managers and current employees in the program.
