I worked at Intel Corporation full-time

    Pros

This is a place where you can have access to a huge amount of resouces to help you build up your knowlege base

    Cons

Big organization culture. Our office manager gives employees an impression that only managers matter in this company, and has done various of things to make the managers happy. Employees are treated with less respects.

    Advice to Management

Everyone matters and you need to treat everyone equally, no matter what level they are, what gender they are and what colour they are! After all, it’s the management AND emoloyees working together to make the company great!

I worked at Intel Corporation full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Intel has good benefits, usually annual bonus, but depends on the company performance that year. Family friendly place, a lot of employees with kids

    Cons

Old tools, legacy code, not much of professional development. Salary is average, not a place to grow your career. Promotions are really rare, you have to wait a few years for 10% raise, even if every year you have good review promotions are really rare.

    Advice to Management

Innovate more, challenge the old ways, value employees who really work hard and not write email whole day.
