Interview
Initially had a 15 minute call with senior member of team. Then had a take home NLP task to complete over about 4 hours and a follow up interview/discussion on the task.

Question 1
Various questions on NLP and the dataset the task was classifying
First stage was informal chat about experience etc as standard. Next was the technical task, which was 5 hours long!! absolutely no need to make the task this long when most other companies make this 30-60 mins.
It was building a machine learning model, not aligned with the role I was made aware of.
