The interview process is 3 parts. The first one is your basic interview process to get to know each other. Its what you'd expect if you applied anywhere else.
The second interview is a technical interview. This is to see what you do and don't know and if the job your currently applying for would be a good fit, or if you would be a good fit elsewhere. You will likely say "I don't know" a lot, and that is okay as long as you're willing to learn in a fast paced environment.
The third interview is less of an interview but more of an opportunity for the interviewee to ask Integrity questions about how its like to work here, what the benefits are like, what a hard day looks like, etc. It allows the team to get to know the potential new employee and vice-versa.
