Interview
- Sent my CV via LinkedIn - speculative (I heard good things about them via a Partner of theirs).
- Received a phone call within 24 hours and had a casual chat with their talent team to dig deeper into the type of roles I had held and the specific spectrum of experience I had to offer.
- Was invited to a skype video with the CEO (which was great because I live in the North of England and felt they were sensitive to the distance I would have had to travel for a face to face interview). During the interview I was more convinced than ever that I wanted a career with Integritie. During the interview I got a sense that it was a good match.
- Within 12 hours I received a job offer conditional on a face to face meeting in Portsmouth.

Very little Process. they sold you on joining them. They kept on changing the job description. they did most of the talking. It was like they were selling you hard on joining them
