Interview
I think the process was a really long. I had to take several interviews and it was not even worth it because they kept asking the same questions kind of in the different steps, so I had to repeat myself a lot.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intact (Ottawa, ON) in Dec 2019
Interview
Applied for customer service job with intact so many times but you feel like you have to go through obstacles before you can even come close to getting to the end of the course . Did the video interviews so many times, I really don't know why I bother but I keep on trying cause I know that I have the skills, but Intact just doesn't want to give anyone the chance and yet these
positions keeps coming up over and over again!!
Once I applied, I got an email to do the online interview. After the online interview I got an email to do a group interview. There were about 15 people at the group interview and they called each person out to be interviewed by a manager. Met with 2 different managers then it was over. I later got a call of someone going over details and confirming things with me. Once i got the job offer, you have to get your references and such verified by a service then they extend a full offer to you.
