3 Different interviews with all levels of management. Overall a very good experience and process. I came in for the initial interview with the PM, then the second stage was with the Operations Manager and head of IT. And the final interview was with Senior Management and the Directors.

Interview
I was welcomed by a big dog at the reception named Buddha. That was unusual and very fun. The two interviewers were young, knowledgeable, with a welcoming approach. There was no dressing code, no formalities, etc. They let me talk about my experience, asked me questions related to the job requirements and explained what was key on their view.
