Interview
Kristine Lim from Insight Global discovered my software developer experience on LinkedIn. We spoke on the phone, where Kristine wanted to determine if I would be a potential fit for a Sr. Developer position, which she described to me.
We next had an in-person interview to go over further details about both the position and my experience, as well as company culture fit potential. This sealed the deal, as we each decided that the company and myself would be a perfect fit.
Kristine was so wonderful to work with. She strongly believes in, and has deep passion for helping candidates find a company and position both can benefit from.
Upon first talking with Kristine, I immediately realized that she has a genuine interest in finding a true match between candidate and company. She does not "just do her job" with the sole purpose of getting as many candidate placements as she can.
Rather than attempt placing me at just any company and position which I would be qualified for, Kristine asked intelligent questions which would additionally address potential for cultural fit. Because of this, I whole-heartedly recommend working with her if you want to find a company and opportunity which will excite you, and will be excited to have YOU joining them.

I received a call from a recruiter. After initial screening, I got an interview scheduled with a panel of managers and developers. The interview was not bad and questions were not too difficult but were vague and poorly formed and It somehow felt disconnected from the beginning and I lost focus in the interview. It felt like the interviewers were just there because they were required to. I never heard back from them or the recruiter.

Interview
After I had 3 rounds with their client ADT, the client made an offer and I accepted it. 10 days later, they withdrew it for no reason. Be careful of accepting an offer from this company. Not recommended at all.
One of the worst experiences I had from an interview standpoint. I had 2 interviews and 1 take home which I supposedly did very well. After these the recruiter stopped replying and just ghosted me.
