Interview
The interview is the single most important step in the selection process. It is the opportunity for the employer and prospective employee to learn more about each other and validate information provided by both. Insight Global personnel were very involved in the interview process.

Interview
Insight Global called me and asked for my permission to submit to a client company. Once the resume was reviewed I had a phone screening with the manager and director. The manager showed up and the director did not attend. After I was successful with that interview I did a face to face with a local contractor at the client site. An offer was then made a few days latter through Insight Global.

Nothing was difficult and was a rather stock process. The only odd bit was that all "on call" work was hidden from me until the face to face interview.

Interview
Working as Consultant for the company for past 1 year. I got a call from recruiter, then the whole interview process started. As I was hired as consultant the technical interview was conducted by the client not by Insight Global. Insight Global conducted only the HR interview steps.
