Casual and quick interview process in the beginning, ranging from 2-5 interviews. First one is phone call, then zoom, then in person. Lots of personal questions and small talk, mainly trying to get to know you as an individual.

Everyone is friendly. I believe they want to see if you can not only do the job but if you can blend in with the dynamic of the company as well. They have requested I do a case study. Just make sure you prepare for that.
