Interview
There are two rounds of interviews, the first is pretty much a conversation with upper management. They will talk with you to make sure that you can hold a conversation and are an ambitious candidate. Next they would invite you to share lunch with the office manager and make sure you can lead conversation even over a meal.

The interview process was relatively easy and the people were nice. Sales managers seemed very serious and often standoffish. Their employees were extremely welcoming and seemed to like where they worked.

It was s screening with the recruiter then an interview with the account manager. After that the interview was with the client. They then told me they would get back with me. I Had to follow up to find out that the position was put on hold

Very long and in depth. Initial call with recruiter who helps and prepares you along the way for the rest of the interviews. Most were longer, an hour+, then final was in person.
