1) I received a call from a Insight Global recruiter (who eventually moved with the company to St. Louis without informing the people he recruited) saying that "I think you are a 'Great Fit' for this position".
2) I arrived roughly 10 minutes early, I used the phone in the waiting area (that was about the size of a walk in closet) to let the recruiter know I arrived for the face to face and ended up waiting about 20 minutes for the recruiter to appear. After going into the conference room, the recruited filled in more details of the position, which he should of provided in the initial call. The recruiter then asked to put me through a drug test per the client's request and that all contractors were to go through the same. The conversation lasted an entire 10 minutes. The recruiter then went to finalize some information and ended up being gone for roughly 20 minutes. When the recruiter came back he handed me a drug testing form and a map where the testing facility was and that was the entire process.
3) One to two days later I received a callback stating that I passed with no problems and I was offered a position.
