I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Recruited on LinkedIn. After a preliminary phone interview, skills assessment & a personality test, I was invited to interview at their office. At the office, I underwent three rounds of interviews, back to back to back, with three different people (was not informed this was the interview format beforehand.) The interviews were very conversational, and they each asked relatively the same questions. A lot of sitting in the office alone, waiting for the next interviewer to come in.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What motivates you/ What gets you out of bed in the morning?; What are 3 words your friends would use to describe you?; What about this job are you interested in?; Why sales?
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
