I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Baltimore, MD) in Sep 2017
Interview
I was reached out through Linkedin where we then set up a phone interview, after the phone call we set up an in person interview. When arriving at the location, no one was at the receptionist desk so I had to wait 15 minutes before someone came to the front of the office. I was then sat in a room where I waited again for another 10-15 minutes before someone came in. After the interview, majority of the people were in a meeting and I was left to leave on my own.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Question mainly involved my experience, but they expect you to ask questions to, they want you to get to know them.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
